Las Vegas Public Radio Receives A 4 Of A Kind Set Of Denials By The Corporation For Public Broadcasting And A Jacks Or Better Denial By The U.S. Small Business Administration By 2022, Enough To Choke LVPR From Operating KIOF-LP 97.9 FM / KIOF 90.1 FM

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - What happened to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington D.C. by 2020 at the height of COVID-19? Was the CPB being used as a catalyst to shutdown public broadcasters in recent year's prior to COVID-19 which would be consistent to how socialism/communism works in other countries? Las Vegas Public Radio received a 4 of a kind set of denials by the Corporation For Public Broadcasting in 2016, 2017, 2018 And 2019 for KIOF-LP 97.9 FM and Congress created the Weaponization Of Government Committee by 2023.

Was the CPB a fully converted socialist/communist command base on 9th Street in Washington D.C. by 2020 to provide 4 of a Kinds to broadcasters and knock them out of marketplaces to benefit National Public Radio (NPR). In 2023, the U.S. Congress created the Weaponization of Government Committee so we can get these answers as to why U.S. Government Agencies have been selectively targeting and shutting down American broadcasters using "agencies" funded by the American people, whether they are public or private. And we all know by October 2022 what happened at the Nevada Department of Education to put the final "nail" in the coffin of our organization from ever running KIOF-LP 97.9 FM again or even building out our larger 48,000 Watt FM radio station to serve you, the people of southern Nevada. The question remains - who get's marched out the doors first within these 3 "agencies" and sent to federal and state prision for screwing with your 1st Amendment rights with equal access to the airwaves? The Constitution of the United States in the First Amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.".
