LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - On July 4, 2025, President Trump signed H.R.1 - One Big Beautiful Bill Act into law. This Act Rescinds $1.1 Billion of public broadcasting funds for FY26 and FY25 and requires NPR & PBS to return FY24 & FY25 grant funds back to the U.S. Treasury.

Back on January 20, 2025, the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate and KIOF closed it's doors and went out of business as a traditional IRS 501(c)3 Non-Profit Entity governed under Department of Education "policy". It's brand name was acquired by Portsonic Communications and the brand is being rebuilt - but it's not what you think. The Las Vegas Public Radio brand is being carved out of the NPR & PBS grift (swindling and government censorship) and will be back after this commercial break.

So what does this all mean?

It's very simple. Portsonic Communications has taken the Las Vegas Public Radio brand into an actual service that runs within the Portsonic Radio environment. The Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Public Radio Service (IPRS) will run on Portsonic Radio devices to be made in America as America's first generation of radio's made within the United States under the America First agenda. The initial pre-alpha Portsonic Radio devices to be distributed to 50 consumers and 50 markert insiders will test the Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Public Radio Service on devices that are part of the Internet of Things (IoT) model.

This sounds crazy! Your trying to tell us that the Las Vegas Public Radio brand will operate as a Interactive Public Radio Service on Portsonic Radio devices and is no longer part of the traditional public radio model dating back to 1967?

That's Correct! Portsonic Communications is building the next generation of American made radios that are integrated with the Internet. It's FM Technology on steroids and it's happening at Portsonic Communications here in Nevada and in Arizona.

In the Golden Years, the $1.1 Billion of public broadcasting funds does not impact the Las Vegas Public Radio brand because the brand is no longer governed under any aspects of the traditional Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 or the Department of Education as it sits all alone out in the representative Constitutional Republic for an America First moment. Heck, we expect Congress could even eliminate the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 in the coming days and weeks where the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, NPR and PBS as bygone American institutions because of the swindling and government censorship.
